I was asked about the coolest thing in Japan. Hands down, it’s this Robot Restaurant in Tokyo. It’s got everything I like: costumes, lasers, dancing, robots.
Serious, I like everything about this.
I was asked what my favorite commercial is. This commercial is amazingly weird/great.
Rudy is great. And the dudes in the background are Rhett and Link. THey maked a lot of youtube videos and also did something called the I Love Local Commercials Series.

Tomorrow on 404ing It, I’m going to show/explain Chess Now.
I did a segment on Monday where I did my best to answer questions. Someone asked about an animated GIF of the above video. I’m glad I tracked this down for two reasons:
1. The description let me know that this was Halloween… so some of this video now makes sense.
2. There’s a walk on role by another animal that wasn’t in the GIF.
Matsuoka Shuzo- Never Give Up (subtitled)
Matsuoka Shuzo was a famous Japanese tennis player, and is now a sports commentator. For years now, he’s been making inspirational videos. There’s nothing obviously funny about this video, and 404ing It is a comedy show, but I just love this video.
